Childhood health programs are critical outlets to foster mental and physical development in children. They eliminate hospital anxiety,promote health of a developing child,prevent them from diseases and help make informed decisions about their health.

One of such programs organised by Haven Optical and Dental Clinic was an Outdoor learning program for the pupils of Royal Treasures Junior School on the 25th of Nov 2019.

The pupils visited optical and dental clinic for 20mins each for a thorough learning on Care of the Eye and Mouth.

They were educated on the following;

-Care of the Eye

-Importance of Routine Checks

-Ways to promote good oral hygiene

-Demonstration on good brushing technique.

-Ways to prevent tooth decay

-Various clinical equipment and their uses.

It ended with a question and answer session for further clarification. A fun-filled day it was as the pupils and their teachers returned to their school happy and educated.
